ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Upon placing your order, an
acknowledgement will be sent via fax, email or mail. Please examine
carefully and verify billing & shipping addresses, plants, quantities and ship
date. Please advise us of any discrepancies.
MIMIMUM ORDER
The minimum order is one tray per
variety. We are unable to split trays.
HANDLING CHARGE
Orders totaling less than 16 trays will be charged an additional handling fee of
10% of your order or $15.00, whichever is LESS.
TRAY SIZE
In our continued effort to reduce waste, most liners are now produced in trays
of 36cp. Whenever possible, tray sizes which differ will be noted.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include trademark
& patent fees where applicable.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We sell wholesale to the trade only. Plants will be paid for upon pick up or prior to shipping unless previously
arranged. Businesses with established credit have terms of thirty (30) days.
Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month and all orders booked may
be cancelled.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made by phone/fax/mail within 5 days
of receiving shipment.
SHIPPING

Pickup is preferred whenever possible.
Orders for pickup must be placed at least 24 hrs. in advance.

Larger orders of 16 or more trays are shipped via trucking companies on pallets.
•
Smaller orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
•
No COD Shipments.
•
Shipping and packing are billed to the purchaser.
PATENT & TRADEMARK FEES
All patent and trademark fees are included in the listed price unless noted.
Propagation of patented plants without a license is strictly prohibited.
VISITATION
Please arrange all pickups & visitation in advance.
